This is about a full minute exposure. Streaks in the sky were made by commercial aircraft on approach into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

It's killing me that you caught in frame the moment where the aircraft switch from strobe to landing light. Planned? Knowing you...
Wait... correct that. By the telltale 'flash' at the apex of the craft's turn, it appears that it is taking off rather than landing. Enlighten me, as I have never studied the patterns there...

To answer solo's question, the boomerang-shaped track in the sky and the fainter streak punctuated by bright dots were made by separate aircraft arriving from different directions. On this clear night, the landing runway was 16L. For this approach, traffic arriving from all directions turns final over Seattle and descends toward the field, affording passengers a spectacular view of the city.
