Carved by Wind and Sea, this rock formation is at the aptly named Windandsea beach in La Jolla, California.

June Gloom hangs over the Venice Beach. Despite the fog, the temperature is actually quite hot.

Evening at the Pacific Coast

One fine evening, at Leo Carillo State Beach near the Los Angeles / Ventura County line.

A lone gull stands on the rocks watching the crashing waves.

This beach serves as the back drop for many a photograph. Here a couple poses amidst the sand and the foam. The air temperature was quite chilly with a stiff breeze blowing, but they braved the weather for that special picture.
